Reasons of claim rejection are as follows:
- If the claims do not fall within the coverage limits of the warranty.
- If the claims are not submitted within the timeframe specified in the policy or warranty.
- If the claim are based on inaccurate or false information provided by the claimant.
- If the claim are based on claimants comfort feeling (example: Feeling the ride was too soft or too hard).
- If they are misused: The shock absorber was used under extreme driving conditions or for a purpose other than what it was intended for for example: Overload.
- If modification: The shock absorber or the car suspension were modified.
- If improper Installation: The shock absorber was not installed by a qualified mechanic, or it was not installed as per the recommended guidelines by the manufacturer.
- If the damage or loss was caused by the claimant or technician’s negligence or intentional act.
- If the claimant fails to cooperate fully with the company’s investigation into the claim.
- If the claimant fails to provide adequate documentation to support the claim.
- If the claimant has breached any terms or conditions of the policy or warranty.
- The company reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the requirements set out in the policy or warranty.
