Warranty Terms & Conditions
- The warranty covers the replacement of the shock absorber in case of any manufacturing defects that cause the part to malfunction within 3 years or 66,000 km, whichever comes first.
- Registration must be made within 7 days after purchase/installation of the product.
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the shock absorber and is non-transferable. To claim warranty, the original purchaser must present the original invoice and proof of purchase to the authorized dealer or garage.
- The warranty is applicable only for shock absorbers that have been used under normal driving conditions and maintained as per the recommended guidelines by PRT.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or improper installation of the shock absorber.
- The warranty does not cover any expenses related to the removal, installation, or shipping of the shock absorber.
- The warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective shock absorber and does not cover any other parts or components.
- The warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages that may arise due to the malfunctioning of the shock absorber.
- The warranty is void if the shock absorber has been modified, tampered with, or repaired by an unauthorized service center.
- The warranty is subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which the shock absorber was purchased.
- PRT reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the warranty without any prior notice.
